The DBM-HSC High Speed Creaser brings in-line creasing and slitting to your Duplo 600i Pro and 600i Digital Booklet System.

‍

Creasing the cover and innermost sheets prior to folding prevents toner cracking and results in cleaner folds. The slitting module (optional) trims the head and foot of each sheet, up to 1” per side, giving your booklets a full-bleed finish. Waste is deposited into an external bin for easy removal. By performing the slitting in-line, you can eliminate the task of pre-cutting the sheets on a guillotine cutter.

The DBM-HSC is programmed via the user-friendly PC Controller software on the system. Simply select the paper size and the creaser/slitter will automatically move into position without any tooling required.
